Meet Dr. Baltej Parhar , D.C.

Practitioner

Dr. Baltej Parhar was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He always had a passion for health and fitness growing up. His family and friends have always referred to him for health-related advice. He played on numerous sports teams growing up and was also part of a competitive dance team. Through all these experiences, he learned first hand the importance of taking care of one’s body and managing injuries.

He attended the University of Calgary and pursued a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. It was during this time that he decided he wanted to pursue a career in helping people manage their pain and injuries. However, he has always been a strong advocate of managing pain through natural means without masking the symptoms with drugs.

This led him to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON. After graduating he went on to seek further education and training in  medical acupuncture, Neurokinetic Therapy, and rehab exercises for spinal pain.

Dr. Parhar enjoys traveling, hiking, playing basketball and spending quality time with his loved ones. He is excited to utilize Divine Spines state of the art technology to give his patients a health care experience like no other.

  • 5 star review  The treatment has really helped increase my athletic performance. Before my assessment I had problems with my right side showing weakness and quitting before my left side while lifting heavy weights. I also had an uneven feeling/posture while doing cardio and resting. I would feel like my back was fused together by pain and swelling limiting my mobility. Within one week I noticed a massive difference when lifting, stretching and moving. Pressure on my right knee was gone and I felt like I had much more mobility. The staff here are great and really professional. Thanks for helping me heal and correcting my posture Divine Spine

  • 5 star review  Having had back and hip pain for many many years I have sought treatment from so many professionals. Hoping to find a long term solution I now see Dr Jackie Yeung at Divine Spine in Winderemere. To date I have been receiving treatments three times a week, which will eventually go to once a month for maintenance. I waited to review as I wanted to be sure the treatments were helping. Seven weeks in, I can now sleep on my affected hip, can climb stairs much more easily and can walk longer, pain free now. As far as my back I am able to stand at length to wash dishes etc, walk long distances. Dr Jackie is very friendly. The treatments do not hurt. Ice before bed is very important... oh and my shoulders no longer noticeably slant to one side. This for sure is a tell tale sign of my improvement. I would recommend Dr Jackie to friends and family for sure.

  • 5 star review  Great experience at Divine Spine Windermere. It all starts when you walk in the doors. The ladies running the front desk always greet you with a smile and your name. They make you feel like family from day one. Dr. Jacky is also a pleasure to interact with. I have had back pain for years because of my poor posture while sitting at a desk 40 hours per week. Last year I was in a car accident which made everything worse. I saw a Facebook ad advertising for Devine Spine on a rather bad back pain day and haven’t looked back since. I have been using Dr. Jacky and his team for approx 5 weeks now and I cannot believe the difference in how I feel already. I am excited to continue my treatment and see how much better I can feel. Highly recommend Dr. Jacky and his team. Give them a call and you will amazed at how great they can make you feel!
